Reservations

After we plan your trip with you, East Cape Guides™ will connect you with a travel agent to confirm reservations for flights/transfers/hotel/boats. You must provide a deposit to hold all reservations.

Flights Reservations

East Cape Guides™ will connect you with a travel agent to confirm flight reservations. Flights must be purchased by the client within 48 hours of confirmation of reservations. Flights may need to be purchased by the client as soon as possible to gurantee a price, as flight prices can because of increases in fuel price, taxes, etc.

Transfer Reservations

Shuttle transfers to and from your hotel from the destination airport can be reserved by East Cape Guides™ and should be paid by the client one month prior to your trip.

Hotel Reservations

East Cape Guides™ will connect you with a travel agent to confirm hotel reservations. A deposit should be made by the client to hold the hotel reservation. The full amount should be paid by the client one month before your trip.

Boat Charter Reservations

East Cape Guides™ will connect you with a travel agent to confirm boat charter reservations. A deposit should be made by the client to hold the hotel reservation. The balance for the boats charters may be paid for at the time of your hotel checkout.
