His love of Baja and the East Cape region in particular, started in his early twenties and has grown into an obsession, fishing tournaments throughout the baja region and learning from local captains and pangueros. Mark started East Cape Guides in the Summer of 2000 to educate anglers on Baja Big Game Offshore style fishing and promote fishery conservation. He also teaches Baja fishing seminars in the San Francisco Bay Area and provides on-the-water seminars to all his clients.
