East Cape Guides will be presenting seminars on Run and Gun Baja Style marlin, tuna, dorado, wahoo and roosterfish fishing at The Rod Rack in Hayward, CA. This seminar will cover the Baja fisheries, target fish species, rods, reels and terminal tackle.

ECGs Summer 2007 Report

The Summer 2007 Season was a windy one, but wow, what a great showing of striped marlin. A large school of stripers showed up about three miles off of the East Cape and provided excellent fishing for all. We also did very well on the dorado with a top fish of 5'1" and weighing 60lbs. caught by Hal Smith of Point Richmond, CA. Overall we had four clients that landed their first marlin and one client landed three marlin in three days.
